News. Phi Group, Bearsden

I recently completed some on-site photography for Phi Group. The shots detail timber “crib” retaining walls that had just completed as part of a housing development in Bearsden near Glasgow. It took a couple of trips to get the shots. Despite the favourable weather forecast, it was raining so hard on the first visit to the site that I wouldn’t even consider getting a camera out. On the return visit we got clear blue skies. Not bad for Scotland in December.

I have photographed quite a few sites for this client. They have all been pretty interesting but this was possibly the most visually impressive, not just in terms of the sheer extent of the project but also the complexity, it almost had the look of one of those 16th Century Japanese Castles. Quite nice really.
