I was asked by Joanna Boyce of Creative Art Works to take some pics at this year’s Edinburgh Mela Kids Zone. It’s always a good event but this time round it seemed to be particularly good. Lots of the usual art based stuff but also a really diverse range of classes and taster sessions for the children (and adults) to get actively involved in; Bollywood dance classes, Japanese and African drumming, martial arts, break dancing and a lot more. And the sun was shining. Congratulations again to all involved, it just gets better and better. Here’s just a few of the pics from the weekend.
